Terms of Service

These Terms govern your booking and use of rides operated by Zippy in Perth and Western Australia. By booking a ride, you accept these Terms.
1. The service
Zippy provides Comfort-class chauffeur-driven transport in a Toyota RAV4 (max 4 passengers). Bookings are made online; fares are paid directly to the driver on arrival (cash, card or transfer). We do not process online payments.
2. Pricing
- Comfort City: $3.00 base + $1.30/km + $0.38/min, $12 minimum, $1 booking fee.
- Airport transfer: fixed from $40 (CBD) / $55 (suburbs).
- Out-of-city tour: $65/hour, 4 hour minimum.
- Events & groups: $75/hour, 3 hour minimum.
Prices are in AUD and include GST. No surge pricing — what you're quoted is what you pay.
3. Bookings, cancellations & no-shows
- Bookings are confirmed by email from
notify.zippywa.com. - Free cancellation up to 30 minutes before pickup.
- Cancellations inside 30 minutes may incur a fee equal to the minimum fare.
- Wait time included: 5 minutes in-city, 15 minutes at Perth Airport. Additional waiting time is charged per minute.
- No-shows are charged the minimum fare for the selected service.
4. Passenger conduct
For the safety of all passengers and drivers: seat belts must be worn at all times; smoking, vaping and open alcohol are not permitted in the vehicle; abusive or unsafe behaviour will end the trip with no refund. Damage or excessive cleaning may incur a $150 cleaning fee.
5. Luggage & passengers
Up to 4 passengers and standard luggage for a Toyota RAV4. Child restraints are the passenger's responsibility unless arranged at booking. Service animals are always welcome.
6. Delays & force majeure
We do our best to arrive on time, but are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, roadworks, road closures, or other events outside our control. For airport pickups we recommend booking with sufficient buffer time.
7. Liability
Zippy is covered by commercial passenger transport insurance as required in Western Australia. To the maximum extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law, our liability is limited to re-supplying the service or refunding the amount paid for the affected ride.
8. Lost property
Items left in the vehicle can be reclaimed by contacting info@zippywa.com. A return-trip fee may apply.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of WA.
